Questions, answered
What files can I print?
PDF, JPG and PNG files up to 25 MB. For Word or PowerPoint files, save them as PDF on your phone first. Most phones can do this from the Share or Print menu.
Which apps can I pay with?
Any app that can scan an InstaPay or QR Ph code. That includes GCash, Maya and most bank apps like BPI, BDO, UnionBank and Metrobank.
I am paying from the same phone. How do I scan?
Scan the payment QR shown on the machine screen. Or tap Save QR on your phone, then upload the image in your GCash or bank app's QR scanner.
How long do I have to pay?
10 minutes after you tap Pay. If time runs out, tap the button again to get a fresh QR. If you already paid, just wait. It will still print.
I paid but nothing printed. What now?
Payments usually arrive within seconds. Keep your job code and InstaPay reference number, and contact the number posted on the machine. Every payment is recorded, so it can be printed or refunded.
Is my file safe?
Your file is only used to print your job. It is deleted as soon as it prints, and unpaid uploads are removed automatically.
